Rashel Mol

Positive, precise, cheerful and critical: these are the words that best describe me. They are qualities that come in handy in my role as Recruitment Support at the Recruiter. I am responsible for the (financial) administration and support the consultants. I work closely with the recruitment process and offer my colleagues a helping hand and a listening ear. I'm also currently studying psychology, with a focus on work and organisational psychology. It's a perfect combination for me, because it helps me get to know the field I want to work in. All the knowledge I acquire at school I can immediately use in practice. For example, I was responsible for the financial administration during my year on the board at my student organisation, and I've been able to take all of that knowledge with me. 

Besides my work and study, I spend almost all my free time with friends. I love being around people. A good book, a good conversation with a friend, holidays in the sun or to the snow – that’s what makes me really happy! I also play volleyball. I love to give it all my energy and train to get better. That suits me, because I prefer to learn something new every day. I'm proud of what I've already learned and look forward to learning a lot more! I really enjoy developing new knowledge and skills in as many areas as possible.
