Functie omschrijving Program Manager
- Responsible for the delivery of the program on-time, according to budget with minimum business rupture, and for raising issues and proposed resolutions;
- Accountable for planning, delivery, and communication of the project to internal and external stakeholders;
- Provides transformational leadership and direction to:
- develop and deploy new systems in the technology landscape;
- manage organizational/cultural shifts;
- implement operational changes; and
- realize sustainable new or improved capabilities.
- Responsible for identifying risks and dependencies between projects and mitigating them;
- Responsible for the scope and planning alignment with the implementation partner and software vendor;
- Responsible for engaged, empowered, and connected program teams (functional expertise, IT, internal or external) with a common long term goal and clear short term focus.
Functie eisen Program Manager
- Education preferably in supply chain or a business/economics background;
- Work experience and a sound understanding of supply chain and software implementation programs;
- Track record in major technology-driven business transformations, preferably including a business leadership position;
- A strong personality who provides clear and positive direction and impact to their work environment with a continuous focus on booking progress;
- Easy, consistent and to-the-point communicator, who easily develops and maintains relationships;
- High collaborative, engaging, and bridge building working skills used to leading change with teams of different (managerial) levels;
- Ability to analyse and work with complex problems and large sets of data;
- Computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, planning systems);
- Language skills: excellent English written and verbal and local language (more SEA languages is a pre);
