- Day to day delivery of IT support services to our client base, up to a senior level
- Implementing IT projects including liaising with clients and colleagues
- Troubleshooting IT problems by telephone, remote access, and on-site
- Focusing on simple solutions to complicated technical problems
- Designing on-premises and cloud IT solutions for clients
- Documenting IT systems and taking care of accurate timekeeping
- Troubleshooting and fixing (Network issues, terminal Server problems, mail problems, laptop issues, etc.)
- Managing SLAs
- Backup and restore data

- 1st Line Support experience within a medium sized company
- Windows, Active directory, Laptops, Desktops, printers, Network, server knowledge
- Great communication on and off the phone
- Technically and analytically minded
- Ability to learn new software and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Previous experience at an international company
- Fluent English
- Flexibility for dynamic project portfolio
- 5 years of experience
- Experience of supporting MS Office including Office 365/ 2016
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012-16, Active Directory and Windows 10
- File and Print Services, shares and Group Policy
- Commercial IT application support experience
- An understanding of IT systems and ideally the software development lifecycle
- Ability to follow procedures and mindful of attention to detail
- A good handle on most modern Databases and someone who understands SQL Server to a decent level(preferred)
- SharePoint Online administration and usage (document libraries, one drive for business,etc..)
- Cloud knowledge ( Azure is preferred )
- Veeam, Zerto knowledge is a plus
- Experience with monitoring tools is a plus
- Experience implementing Microsoft Teams
- Experience with vmware
- Bachelor degree is needed
