As the Principal Engineer - Front End Development Lead, you will spearhead the advancement and expansion of our front-end development team, ensuring the successful delivery of highly-scalable customer projects utilizing our in-house infrastructure platform, Based. This pivotal role demands a proficient team lead who can instill structure, professionalism, and direction within the technology team, fostering seamless operations and sustainable growth.

• Lead and expand a high-caliber front-end development team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Take charge of implementing front-end technology solutions, emphasizing efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Offer mentorship, guidance, and avenues for professional growth to team members.
• Optimization of Processes:
• Implement and refine front-end technology and operational processes to bolster efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance workflows in accordance with industry best practices.

We are seeking a candidate with a background in software development agencies or start-up/scale-up environments, demonstrating proficiency in leading front-end software development teams. Mastery in React, alongside the ability to conduct comprehensive code reviews, is imperative. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).
• Proven experience in spearheading front-end software development teams.
• Proficiency in team building, encompassing recruitment and training across various seniority levels.
• Good communication and collaboration proficiencies.
